When you arrive
David
and Sylvia will welcome you and show you to one of our 9 en-suite bedrooms
equipped with individually controlled heating, colour T.V. and
beverage making facilities.

Included in the room price is a
Full
Cooked English Breakfast in our dining room, with Knotts Mill Farm eggs and
Cumbrian
sausage - or if you prefer something lighter.
In the mornings you can eat a filling breakfast while enjoying distant
views of Helvellyn and the occasional deer or red squirrel.
We support Fair Trade and use Fair Trade products whenever possible.

A selection of wines, local beers and
other drinks are always available. In summer you may sit outside and
enjoy the dramatic fell views with a pot of tea or coffee in our
peaceful grounds.
Or inside you may relax in our guest
lounge and browse through our collection of books, guides and maps
on the beautiful Lake District.
